The cumulative incidence of POCO at three years increased in proportion to the increase of residual SYNTAX score. Patients who had a residual SYNTAX score over a cut-off value of 7.5 was associated with a significantly higher risk of POCO at 3 years compared with those with a residual score of 0. However, this trend was not prominent for TLF at 3 years.
