The effect of recombinant human irisin on soluble E-selectin in primary HUVECs. HUVEC cells were treated for a 4 and b 24 h with recombinant human irisin (20 and 200 ng/ml). TNF-α treatment (10 ng/ml) was used as a positive control (negative control treated only with regular growth media). Supernatant was collected and soluble E-selectin was measured by ELISA.
