The Effects of GLP-1 infusion on the time course to the development of DCM. Despite comparable baseline hemodynamics, Old-Control had a remarkably accelerated course of pacing induced DCM compared to Old + GLP-1 as demonstrated by: (A) early drop of LV dP/dt and (B) cardiac output, (C) rapid rise of LVEDP, and (D) early enlargement of left ventricle.
