Phosphorylation of ERK 1/2 and MAPK was induced by N-HDL, G-HDL, rHDL (G-HDL containing S1P). A-C: HUVECs were incubated with 30 μg/ml of N-HDL, G-HDL, rHDL at each time point, 5 minute, 15 minute, 30 minute, and 60 minute. The activation of ERK1/2, p38 MAPK was analyzed by Western blotting (black circles = N-HDL, black squares = G-HDL, black bars = rHDL).
