Relative expression of GLUT transcripts in the left ventricle of a murine model of cardiac pressure overload. Comparative real time PCR was performed to analyze the relative mRNA expression of GLUT transcripts in the left ventricles derived from C57BL/6J mice in a pressure-overload induced cardiac hypertrophy setting.
