Suggested principles of glucose-lowering therapy for type 2 diabetes in a Covid-19 setting. In light of the limited available data, including observational studies and the DARE-19 trial, together with diabetes guidelines developed prior to the pandemic, we cautiously suggest these principles of glucose-lowering therapy in a Covid-19 setting.
