Surface expressions of αIIbβ3 complex, recognized by PAC1 binding (a), and CD62p (b) were tested on resting platelets (R) and platelets activated with 5 µM ADP, alone (ADP) or in combination with Empagliflozin 1uM (ADP+ EMPA 1uM) or with Dapagliflozin 1uM (ADP+ DAPA 1uM), by flow cytometry.
