Visceral fat accumulation and muscle quality (grip strength/arm skeletal muscle mass). The subjects were divided into two groups: visceral fat accumulation (−) group and visceral fat accumulation (+) group. Visceral fat accumulation was defined as estimated visceral fat area ≥ 100 cm2.
