Percent change is computed as the change in mean values from baseline to 1 year divided by the mean baseline value. Percent change = 100 ×  [(1 year valuebaseline value)/(baseline value)]. Negative values indicate a decrease from baseline to 1 year while positive values indicate an increase. The ** symbol after the biomarker label indicates a statistically significant within group change from baseline (P < 0.0019, P adjusted for multiple comparisons). Error bars represent ± SE. SE as Percent = 100 × [(1 year value SE)/(baseline value)]
