  1. Comorbidity was defined as a Charlson index ≥ 1
  2. ICD 10 codes OCP (oral contraceptives): G03AA, G03AB, G03HB01
  3. Hypertension (HT) defined as ICD10 codes I10–13 OR prescription of C02, C07–09
  4. Dyslipidemia (DL) defined as (ICD 10 code) E78 OR prescription of C10
  5. Two or more medicine withdrawals should occur within the same ATC group 3 months or later after the index date)
  6. Diabetes defined as type 1 or type 2 diabetes or gestational diabetes according to ICD10: E10, E11, E13, E14, O24
  7. P values obtained with Chi squared test for categorical variables and non-parametric test on the equality of medians for continuous variables
