  2. There was no difference among the groups in the cardiac muscle TNF-α concentration 20 min after reperfusion. The myocardial p-Akt/total-Akt in the InsG100 group was significantly higher than the other two groups and that in the InsG600 group was significantly higher we than those in the InsG100 and InsG600 at 20 min after reperfusion
