  1. Gene score was divided into tertiles. Linear regression was performed for the numeric variables and logistic regression was performed for the categorical variables. Mean value and standard deviation for each tertile is shown except for log transformed variables were the geometric mean and approximate standard deviation are shown and square root transformed variables where means were transformed back and the range is shown
