  1. The gene list was created by importing Affymetrix .CEL files to Partek Genomic Suite version 6.6. The data were Robust Multichip Average (RMA) normalized. The list of differentially expressed genes was generated using one-way ANOVA, applying FDR-unadjusted p value <0.05 with a fold change cutoff of 1.5.
