Contribution of the Rho–ROCK signaling pathway and BMPER to high glucose-induced ALP activation in HCASMCs. There are at least two independent pathways in high glucose-induced ALP activation in HCASMCs: the Rho–ROCK signaling pathway and the BMPER-dependent pathway.
