  1. High-resolution transthoracic echocardiography performed on conscious MuRF2−/− and age-matched wild type mice at baseline, 6, 12, 15, 22, and 26 weeks high fat diet. Data represent mean ± SEM. A One Way ANOVA was performed between all groups, followed by Holm-Sidak Multiple Comparisons vs. MuRF2+/+ baseline. A Student’s t test was then run to compare MuRF2−/− to wildtype control at the same time point.
