Effects of Liraglutide on urine flow rate, urinary Na + , K + , and Cl − excretion. Liraglutide was administered by three successive infusions of ascending doses of (3, 9 and 27 nmol/kg/h), 20 minutes for each dose. Data are mean ± SEM (n = 6 for saline group, n = 8 for Liraglutide group). ** P < 0.01 vs. baseline. Baseline refers to the 20 minutes period prior to administration of saline or Liraglutide.
