  1. Compared with normal glucose(5 mmol/L) group, the cellular pulsatile frequency and size of cardiomyocytes cultured in high glucose(25.5 mmol/L) increased significantly, but not in iso-osmotic mannital group, after adding Ro-31-8220 and BAY11-7082, the pulsatile frequency and size of the cells all decreased significantly. The results were expressed as means ± SE (n = 100). * P < 0.05 vs control group(glucose:5 mmol/L), #P < 0.05 vs high glucose group (glucose: 25.5 mmol/L).
