The degree of relationship between putative CVD risk factors and TBRmean or TBRmax was expressed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient (r). TBR, target-to-background ratio; BMI, body mass index; FPG, fasting plasma glucose. p < 0.05 was regarded as statistically significant.
