Kir6.2 knockout abolished the protection of resveratrol against OGD/R injury in cardiomyocytes. (A) Representative photomicrographs of cardiomyocytes stained with anti-α-myosin heavyweight chain monoclonal antibody. (B-D) The cardiomyocytes were pretreatment with resveratrol for 30 min following subjected to 30 min OGD plus 24 hours of reoxygenation. OGD/R induced cell injuries were assessed by staining with Hoechst 33342 (B, D) and measuring LDH release (C) (n = 6).
