Distribution of plasma fibulin-1 concentrations in relation to diabetes occurrence and kidney function. Distribution of plasma fibulin-1 concentrations in age- and sex-matched control subjects without chronic kidney disease and without diabetes (Control, n = 60) and patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) with (+Diab, n = 11) or without diabetes mellitus (−Diab, n = 21). The plasma fibulin-1 values of the groups showed a significantly different distribution (Kruskal-Wallis test p < 0.001). The differences obtained by Dunn’s multiple comparison test are indicated in the figure. Scholze et al., Figure 1.
