(A) Blotting data for phospho-eNOS (at Ser 1177), eNOS (140 kDa) and β-actin protein expressions from the control (CON) and the diabetic (DM) rat aorta homogenates. (B) Left axis, eNOS and right axis phospho-eNOS was normalized to corresponding β-actin protein band.
