Logistic regression analyses of genotypes association with disease traits, adjusted for age, gender, and population (urban/rural). Criteria: Obesity (BMI ≥25 kg/m²) [34], high FPG (≥126 mg/dL) [36], high TG (200–499 mg/dL), low HDL-C (<40 mg/dL), high LDL-C (≥ 160 mg/dL), high TC (≥240 mg/dL) [37]. Significant p values obtained from Wald test were in bold.
