Statistical analysis of the expression of apoptosis related mRNA detected by PCR. Compared with Control group, the mRNA expression of Bax was increased and Bcl-2 was decreased in diabetic group, while NRG-1 increased Bcl-2 mRNA expression and decreased Bax mRNA expression when compared with un-treated (Diabetic) group.
